'Teen Mom' Farrah Abraham's DUI Plea Deal: No Drinking for 6 Mos.

Former "Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham pleaded guilty to her DUI charge, but she won't be going to jail.

The reality TV-turned-porn star pleaded guilty in an Omaha, Nebraska, court to driving under the influence stemming from her March 19 arrest, reports E! News.

Abraham's attorneys struck a plea deal with prosecutors, but Abraham must follow a number of probation conditions.

One of the big wins from the plea agreement is that two other charges were dismissed: disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to a breathalyzer.

As part of the plea agreement, the judge sentenced Abraham to six months probation, ordered her to attend an alcohol education class, and to pay a $500 fine.

But that's not all.

The ex-MTV personality also had her driving privileges revoked for 60 days, was prohibited from consuming alcohol during her probation and has to install an ignition interlock in her car that will force her to submit to a breath test before she can drive.

Ignition interlock devices are used to punish DUI offenders, and are wired to a vehicle's ignition. Drivers can't start the car without first providing a breath sample. They are then periodically retested to make sure the driver remained sober.

In Nebraska, to get a driver's license back after a DUI, you must provide proof of financial responsibility.

That shouldn't be a problem for Abraham. She recently snagged a seven-figure deal with Vivid Entertainment for her sex tape and is starring in a new reality show, reports E! News.

As long as she follows the conditions of her plea deal, Abraham won't be looking at time in the slammer. But if she slips up, she might have to serve jail time.

Despite the rules and restrictions, Abraham is apparently thanking her lucky stars.

"#No Drinking for #6 months #NoProblem, Now time to #Party:)!!," she tweeted, using superfluous hastags.

Maybe we should give some advice in Farrah-speak. Dear Farrah, about the "partying" idea: #Party<|:-/ (That's you, when you violate probation at the party.)
