Top 3 Cool Legal Jobs This Week: Family Law, PI, and Trusts

The Super Bowl is just two days away, but before you get too caught up in the spectacle of the Falcons destroying the Patriots, take a moment to update your resume. This weekend isn't just a chance to see who'll win the big game, it's a chance to do some winning career moves of your own.

This week, as part of our affiliate relationship with Indeed, we're bringing you the top three cool legal jobs we could find, three spots in three boutique firms in three unique practice areas.

1. Associate Attorney, Sidweber & Weintraub

This boutique marital and family law firm is looking for an associate attorney to join their practice. Focusing solely on marital and family law, this firm handles everything from prenups, to divorce, to child custody and paternity cases.

Sidweber & Weintraub is looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in litigation. That experience doesn't have to be in family law issues, but, obviously, the more relevant your background is to the practice, the better.

2. Trust and Estate Attorney, Catania, Mahon, Milligram & Rider

This Hudson Valley, New York, law firm seeks an attorney to join their trust and estate practice. As a trust and estate attorney, you'll work on preparing estate plans and trusts, both simple and complex, while monitoring developments in estate planning and trust law and advising clients, executors, and trustees.

Catania, Mahon, Milligram & Rider is looking for an attorney with seven years of estate planning experience to join their team. An LLM in tax or estate planning is preferred, but not required.

3. Personal Injury Attorney, Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys

One of the largest plaintiff's firms in Texas, Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys is looking for a lawyer to join their team of more than 60 PI attorneys. This trial attorney position would be a great match for someone with personal injury background and a successful record as first chair in PI trials. The firm is also looking for defense attorneys willing to join the other side.

The job listing notes that this could be a highly compensated position, with the right candidate able to pull in seven figures in a year.
