When the lunch whistle blows, those of us who work at FindLaw's Sunnyvale office in the balmy Bay Area head down to "The Cannery," the name given to our designated dining area.

Although Sunnyvale is at the heart of Silicon Valley (both Apple and Google are within a 5-mile radius of our office), the region's history is rooted in the fruit business. In fact, Apple co-founder Steve Jobs named his company in honor of that legacy.

Which brings us to the massive can of fruit cocktail next to the FindLaw office building.

What's one part cinnamon roll, one part cake has a small plastic baby Jesus inside? Why the FindLaw King Cake in celebration of Mardi Gras of course! 

The cake, baked with love by our own Mardi Gras veteran Robyn Hagan Cain, has been making its way around the office lately.

You may not know it by looking at us, but we here at FindLaw are big fans of The Big Easy and Fat Tuesday.

Great costumes, fun music and of course colorful beads everywhere... Mardi Gras is fun for the sake of having fun. And here at FindLaw, we love to have fun. Many employees here have been to Mardi Gras multiple times and all agree that once is never enough.
