FindLaw Launches New Law Student Newsletter, 'What the L?'

FindLaw offers more than 40 newsletters covering everything from circuit court rulings, to amusing legal news, to the latest in legal technology. If you want to get the latest legal information delivered straight to your email, FindLaw newsletters are the place to go.

Now, FindLaw is launching "What the L?" -- its newest newsletter offering that serves as a digest of the best content and resources curated specifically for law students.

Almost Everything a Law Student Needs

"What the L" brings together FindLaw content for law students, those considering law school, or simply anyone interested in staying abreast of the latest law school news. Named after the law school tradition of referring to students as 1Ls (first year students), 2Ls (second), etc., "What the L?" will deliver content from across FindLaw and beyond. That includes FindLaw blog posts full of tips for prepping for law school exams or advice on what to wear when interviewing. Subscribers will also get information from FindLaw's newly improved Law Students section, such as articles on surviving law school and how to study for the bar exam.

Because we know that law students are often as concerned about their career prospects as their academic ones, "What the L" also brings together listings for legal internship positions.

Coupled with curated news from Reuters, this newsletter has just about everything a law student could need, delivered to your inbox every other week. The only thing it doesn't do is outline your cases for you.

Our Newest Newsletter, but Not Our Only

Law students spend hours on their email every day, and they're not alone. Plenty of legal professionals and legal consumers are frequent (some might even say, constant) email users as well. Indeed, one survey shows that the average worker spends one out of every four work hours checking email.

FindLaw's newsletters allow us to bring you the content you want, straight to your inbox. And we've got one for virtually every taste. If you're obsessed with the Supreme Court, our Supreme Court Digest newsletter will help you keep on top of all the latest High Court rulings and developments. If you want a law-related laugh, FindLaw's Legal Grounds newsletter focuses on the humorous parts of the law. And if you just want to keep on top of the news, FindLaw's Top Headlines newsletter is a daily survey of the most important news.

So, before you check your email for the 100th time today, why don't you hop over and check out some newsletters first?
