Picture this: a cross-dressing, booze-filled, cocaine-fueled sex party. If you combine all of these elements you get the Oscar de la Hoya sex lawsuit filed by New York model Angelica Marie Cecora.

Cecora is claiming that the former boxing champ assaulted and falsely imprisoned her in March. She's seeking damages over the rendezvous, which took place at the upscale Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Manhattan.

She wants $5 million in damages. And odds are, the facts alleged in the case will be racy enough to make an entire jury panel blush.

Not convinced? Here are some of Cecora's allegations about the "Golden Boy" reported by the Post:

  • "He certainly asked for things during sex that you wouldn't expect from a married man."
  • "He said he likes the all-American blonde."
  • "It was beyond kinky."
  • "He started to put my stuff on, my underwear. I had a skirt with me. He put that on."

Beyond the kink, de la Hoya allegedly also said that he idolized Charlie Sheen, and began shouting Sheen's favorite word - "Winning!" - before getting drunk.

Cecora apparently got so concerned about de la Hoya's behavior that she called her roommate. The strange night continued, with de la Hoya being persistent even after they locked him out of their room and made him sleep on the floor, according to the Post. The morning after, the women checked out only to find that the boxing champ stuck them with the $1,500 hotel bill.

Whether or not the claims are true or will succeed will depend heavily on the facts alleged in the complaint. For example, for the false imprisonment claim to succeed Cecora will have to show there was a willful detention without her consent.

Was Angelica Marie Cecora unlawfully detained during Oscar de la Hoya's sex romp? Did she reasonably believe she couldn't leave the hotel room? We'll see. Of course, this is just another notch on the list of strange legal problems for the former champ. He settled out of court with another woman over pictures of him wearing her fishnets for $20 million. Oscar may have some explaining to do at home.
