If you've seen "Trailer Park Boys" and, for whatever reason, wished it was real life, you're in luck. "Welcome to Myrtle Manor" is a "docu-drama" reality show on TLC about a group of South Carolinians living in a trailer park.

But in what could be a new record for reality TV, three stars of "Myrtle Manor" were arrested in the span of one weekend.

Here's the lowdown on what the method actors were cuffed for:

  • Taylor Jonathan Burt, 28, was arrested on suspicion of sex with a minor after a 15-year-old girl told Myrtle Beach police on Friday that she and Burt allegedly engaged in sexual relations, according to The Sun News.
  • Lindsay Brooke Colbert, 21, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence on Saturday. Cops say they pulled Colbert over for speeding, but when they approached her ride, they smelled alcohol and caught a glimpse of an open bottle of rum near the driver's seat, again according to The Sun News.
  • Amanda Lee Adams, 26, was also arrested on suspicion of DUI. That happened Friday after she allegedly got wasted and crashed into a utility pole.

Welcome to the Criminal Justice System

It was indeed an eventful weekend for these three "Welcome to Myrtle Manor" cast members, whose legal sagas have just begun. Let's take a closer look at the charges.

For public policy reasons, it's illegal for Taylor Jonathan Burt to have sex with a 15-year-old. That's because in South Carolina, the age of consent is 16. If the defendant is older than 16 and has sex with someone under 16, it's considered statutory rape.

Lindsay Brooke Colbert and Amanda Lee Adams, on the other hand, were cuffed on DUI charges. Such arrests can't be made without probable cause. That means police can't stop you on a "hunch" that you're drunk.

In Colbert's case, the officers got a whiff of probable cause when the officer smelled alcohol and saw the open rum bottle tucked under the driver's seat -- the perfect spot for easy access. That's enough to trigger a legal Brethalyzer test -- which Colbert failed, according to TMZ.

As for Adams, she hit a utility pole. Shockingly, that's enough for probable cause -- and it happens more often than you'd think.

Best of luck to them on their journey to "Celebrity Rehab" with Dr. Drew...
