The holidays are just around the corner and that can mean just one thing -- a desperate rush for last minute gifts. If you order today, you can still get gifts delivered by Christmas Eve and the first day of Hanukkah.

With all this last minute shopping, we couldn't help think of the businesses who make our holiday commerce possible. In that vein, this week's three top coolest jobs all have something to do with gift giving, presented as part of our affiliate relationship with Indeed. So, if you can't be Santa Claus year round, you'll at least be able to help draft contractual clauses for some major companies. And, really, isn't that the same thing?

1. Legal Counsel, Swarovski

Nothing says winter cheer like a little bling, and Swarovski's got bling, from crystal jewelry to crystal chandeliers. As legal counsel for the company, you'd be providing general legal support to their businesses, focusing on legal, regulatory, compliance, and risk management issues.

Your work would be multifaceted, ranging from dealing with licenses and permits, to managing intellectual property, to evaluating product and loss liability issues. Swarovski is looking for someone with two to seven years of experience, with extra points for international exposure.

2. Corporate Counsel, Transactions, Best Buy

Best Buy, the big box consumer electronics retailer, is looking for an attorney to join their transactions team. If electronic gadgets don't make you think of the holidays year round, well, the jobs location in snowy Minnesota might!

As corporate counsel, you'd be working with a variety of Best Buy's teams, including IT, Gift Cards, and Financial Services. That would include drafting and negotiating legal agreements, advising the business on legal issues, and managing outside counsel. If you get the job, you can decide for yourself whether to wear a blue shirt to the office or not.

3. Associate Counsel, Visa

Credit makes the world go round, especially at this time of year. You could be part of that at Visa. The company is looking for an attorney to joint its compliance team, focusing on control frameworks, ethics reporting, monitoring and validation testing, and more.

This is a junior-level attorney position and a great opportunity for newer attorneys looking to transition into in-house compliance work.
