Block on Trump's Asylum Ban Upheld by Supreme Court
What would you do if you got to your desk in the morning and there was a large plastic goose staring at you? That's right....a goose.
Well, here at FindLaw's Sunnyvale office, you never know when such a visitor may pay you a visit.
Allow us to introduce Jobs the FindLaw Goose. Seeking refuge from the cold weather often found in our Eagan, Minnesota office, Jobs has been commuting between California and Minnesota lately.
That all may change, though, as he seems quite happy in his new home: Northern California. Can you blame the guy? Jobs has taken full advantage of all that California has to offer... check out where he has hung out thus far:
If you have ever ordered a burger "animal style," then you know what we're talking about. And just like many visitors to California, their first stop is In N Out for a Double Double with Cheese.
So what brought Jobs home to California? He was originally used as a pawn in what can only be characterized as a friendly rivalry between the two main FindLaw offices. Jobs has been covertly "liberated" at least twice. He's not afraid of riding in carry-on luggage.
But make no mistake, Jobs' latest business trip saw him practically jumping into the arms of Editorial Blogs Editor Adam Ramirez.
Since his sojourn back to California, Jobs has been living the California life to the fullest. He made new (albeit confused) friends at the beach in Santa Cruz.
Jobs also sits in on important FindLaw functions: like our lively foosball games. When he's not scorching goals from the backline, he officiates to ensure all competition is on the up and up. He's reported to be fair, but firm.
A local celebrity, people have been asking to pose for pictures with Jobs when out and about. (This is California, after all. The famous walk in our midst every day. Jobs, a natural, is quickly growing accustomed to the limelight.)
Jobs has really hit his stride here in California. Translation: Good luck getting him back, Minnesota.
With a trip to Alcatraz, a San Francisco Duck Tour and an upcoming marathon on his agenda, Jobs is really filling out his California calendar with little mention of Minnesota.
We're happy Jobs has taken to the California lifestyle. Every time we see him hunting and pecking at a keyboard, we're reminded of why we dig it here at FindLaw. This isn't just a fun place to do actual work, it is also a great place to enjoy the humor of our fellow employees. Working anywhere else would be, well, for the birds.
