It's no secret that FindLaw does some very cool things. But did you know's hometown of Sunnyvale, California was named America's Most Inventive City?

That's right, the same city that houses the brilliant minds that come together to produce has a lot going for it. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, is surrounded by established companies as well as many up and coming startups. 

It's a perfect combination for innovation.

Sunnyvale is ranked number one based on the number of patents filed per year -- a staggering 2,234 per 100,000 people. Not too bad for a city of about 140,000.

In addition to patents, Sunnyvale is in a unique location that undoubtedly contributes to this innovation. Our office in Sunnyvale sits halfway between Google and Apple. Plus we are close neighbors with the main headquarters of Facebook and eBay.
