Tomorrow is National Armed Forces Day, and to celebrate all the active and veteran servicemembers in each military branch, we've pulled together some of our answers to the most pertinent legal questions for active and retired military personnel.

Created by then-Secretary of Defense Louis Johnson and President Harry Truman in 1950 to celebrate the unification of the Army, Navy, and Air Force under the newly created Department of Defense, National Armed Forces Day replaced individual days of remembrance for each branch.
