Things are not going well for Galveston County Constable Pam Matranga, who is currently seeking reelection. Former deputy James Gist is accusing the Texas law-woman of sexual harassment and retaliation. His lawsuit reads like a raunchy comedy and includes allegations of forced motorboating.

Indeed, Gist says that, on multiple occasions, Matranga "lifted her blouse and pulled it down over [his] head." She then pressed him into her breasts. The motorboating lawsuit also claims she asked Gist's fiancee if she could give him oral sex.

It doesn't stop there.

James Gist also claims Pam Matranga told him of her desire to perform at a strip club's "chunky chicks night," reports ABC News. She then gyrated in his face.  Then there was the time she allegedly walked into his shared office and said, "I spilled some coke on my 'cannookie.'" She then asked if either of them "wanted to have some of it," according to the motorboating lawsuit.

Gist eventually brought a recorder to work in hopes of documenting some of these incidents. But when Matranga found out, ABC News reports she filed a criminal complaint against him. He was eventually fired.

Indeed, in many states it is illegal to record conversations without the permission of all involved.

Pam Matranga hasn't said much in response to these allegations, notes the Houston Chronicle. However, she has stated, "I'm a jester. I am not a girlie girl. I think a lot of things have been taken out of context."

Out of context or not, the above incidents were not appropriate for the workplace. You're going to get sued if you motorboat or proposition your co-workers. Hopefully Pam Matranga gets that now.
