Block on Trump's Asylum Ban Upheld by Supreme Court
A Florida man was arrested after allegedly fighting with a restaurant manager. The two were fighting because the customer was reportedly having sex with his girlfriend on a table at the restaurant, and the manager wanted them to stop.
Some people are turned on by whips and chains. And others are apparently turned on by having an audience -- apparently even if that audience includes children.
Jeremie Calo, 32, reportedly was making out with his unidentified date at the Orlando-area restaurant. Things got hot and heavy and the couple's public displays of affection morphed into public displays of sex, reports WJXT Jacksonville.
Several witnesses say that parents with children were eating on the patio of the restaurant when things got nasty. The manager at the Paddy Murphy's restaurant then stepped in and told Calo to "compose" himself and pay the tab, reports WJXT.
Calo responded that his date "can't get up at this time," as the man was allegedly still on top of her. The manager then called the cops and he and Calo got into a scuffle. In the mug shots, you can see that Calo probably got the worst of it.
When police arrived, Calo was arrested for fighting with the manager and refusing to pay the $101 tab. Interestingly, he was not charged with having sex with his date in a public place. For whatever reason, none of the parents who saw the sex acts wanted to write statements for police. And it's not clear if the restaurant manager actually saw intercourse, or only saw Calo on top of the woman.
Without any witnesses, prosecutors will likely not expend the resources to go after Jeremie Calo and his date for public indecency. Calo should count himself lucky. Given the children who reportedly witnessed the act, Calo could have ended up on a sex offender registry list for indecently exposing himself to minors.
