A New York City dentist was accused of trading services for methamphetamines, possessing child porn, and hosting sex parties where he tried to spread HIV. The dentist had a reputation for being an upstanding citizen, the Huffington Post reports .

A meth dealer that the dentist traded services with agreed to become an informant after he was arrested last March. He led police to Dr. John Wolf, who was discovered to have child porn after police searched his home and found drugs and a flash drive with hundreds of illegal files.

Sting Operation

Last week, the FBI set up a sting operation. Their informant told Wolf that his roommate, who was actually an FBI agent, also enjoyed child pornography. The dentist reportedly arranged a meeting in his office, where he showed the agent a 35-minute tape of child pornography. He then supposedly suggested that they sexually assault children together.

The dentist also allegedly admitted to hosting sex parties, drugging sexual partners who wanted protection, and allowing bestiality. Wolf may have deliberately infected partners with HIV, poking holes in condoms, according to the complaint about the dentist.

Expert Dentist

Dr. Wolf was reportedly considered an expert on dental practices and AIDS. His dental office was in the Chelsea area of New York City and his apartment is in the West Village. He was arrested in the apartment on Friday.

Wolf -- caught with a flash-drive containing over 240 illegal pornographic images -- admitted to possessing the porn. He denied having sex with minors and would not discuss his personal drug use or drugging sexual partners.

The investigation of this dentist is not over. Police say they are still looking for victims. What consequences he will face depends on what police will find. At this time, based on the pending accusations, the dentist is looking at 20 years in prison on the methamphetamine and child pornography charges.
