Fake Twitter accounts are everywhere, and while they may raise some legal concerns, they also make for some funny legal commentary.

There are parody Twitter accounts of famous celebrities in a variety of fields who speak their minds, or at least what we hope they're thinking. So long as they make sure everyone knows it's a parody account, we're happy to laugh along.

It's not just actors and directors who have parody accounts poking fun at their personalities. There are some great legal parody Twitterati out there as well. Here are our Top 5:

  • Fake Justice Antonin Scalia, @Scalia_Bafangu. Scathing quips and biting remarks from everyone's favorite originalist, or at least someone pretending to be him. The real Justice Scalia's comments from the bench are always great, and the imagined comments this fake Scalia makes on Twitter are just as amusing. Too bad he hasn't updated his account in a few months.

  • Fake Judge Judy, @JudgeJudyisms. You can't say it, but Judge Judy probably can and does. This account collects real things the TV judge says from the bench, so you can enjoy the highlights. Just don't repeat them in a real courtroom.

  • Fake (?) Capitol Hill Staffer, @HillStaffer. Follow the life of an anonymous, random Hill staffer who has a lot to say about what's happening in Congress. This actually doesn't appear to be a parody; it appears there's a real Capitol insider behind the account. But he says things he couldn't if his identity wasn't concealed, and his analysis of Capitol Hill antics are pretty funny.

  • Fake cop, @NotAPoliceman. Clearly this account does not belong to a police officer. But even if the name wasn't so clear, the tweets are a giveaway. Most tweets include funny comments about breaking the law and living a life of crime.

  • Fake Joe Biden, @VeepJoeBiden. Regardless of how you feel about the current political climate, the antics of VP Joe Biden are always good for a laugh. This parody Twitter feed chronicles all the other crazy things Biden could be doing when the cameras aren't on.
